Davis International Uses UPS as Our Primary Shipper

UPS Shipping charges are estimated at checkout, but actual shipping charges may be adjusted to more accurately reflect actual shipping costs. Additional fees for Hazardous Materials or Special Handling imposed by UPS may also apply. Many screenprinting supplies and chemicals may be classified as “Restricted” by the DOT, which means they can only be shipped via a Ground Service (and not an expedited Air Service). If you have a UPS collect number you would like the shipping billed to… please make a note of that during checkout. We can also ship via FedEX or truck carriers upon request. Larger items and/or larger orders may ship via motor freight to get a better rate.

EQUIPMENT
Additional “crating charges” may apply for any equipment or fragile items being shipped. Standard payment terms for all equipment purchases are 50% down and 50% due before shipping, unless otherwise approved by Davis International. If you’d like to finance, we recommend ACG Equipment Financing. If you’d like to fill out a credit application (for supplies), you can download it here. Please fill out and return asap (approval may take several weeks, depending on how quickly your references respond).

TRANSPORT TIMES
Orders received prior to 3:00PM EST will ship the same day (if possible). You will be contacted by Davis International if there is a delay in shipping your order. In freezing weather, liquid emulsion shipments, may be delayed to avoid freezing. Please consider transit times to try to avoid shipping liquid emulsions over a weekend or holidays.

PRODUCT INSPECTION & RETURNS
Davis International makes every effort to ship items correctly and to protect them from damage in transit but occasionally errors or damage may occur.  Customers should inspect packages for accuracy and damage immediately upon receipt of shipment. Contact Us within 7 days of receiving your shipment to resolve any problems with your order. Any errors or damages reported after 7 days may incur extra charges or may not be resolved.

DELIVERY
Davis International has expanded our free Rochester delivery service area to include weekly stops in the Buffalo and Syracuse areas as well. Many Rochester customers have been taking advantage of our weekly “Free Friday Deliveries” for years. Now we are happy to add “Free Monday Deliveries” to the Syracuse area, and “Free Wednesday Deliveries” to the Buffalo area in addition to our current “Free Friday Deliveries” to the Rochester area.

$100 minimum order may apply for free delivery. All free delivery orders must be placed by noon the preceding day. Contact us if you have any questions.
