The Solutions series dryers are perfect for textile printers looking for an efficient and affordable complement to their output demands. Available in four basic models in configurations of 24” belt width/4’ heat – 60” belt width/10’ heat. The double skin construction and enhanced air circulation system make the Solutions series dryers energy efficient. The unrivaled design using ceramic heating panels and superior quality also ensures temperature consistency throughout the and provides steadfast curing for garments printed with plastisol or other screen-printing inks such as water-based inks. Fast cure rates and high product throughput maximize dryer capacity and minimize per-unit cost. Entry and exit openings are adjustable.

Solutions Mini
The Solutions Mini uses the same ceramic heating elements as our full size Solutions electric conveyor dryers, ensuring uniform heat distribution throughout the chamber for effective curing. High-efficiency thermal insulation keeps the outside of the dryer cool to the touch and keeps heat from migrating out of the chamber. The Solutions Mini includes precise and easy-to-use digital temperature controls as well as adjustable belt speed, to accommodate a wide variety of ink and substrate curing requirements. The belt tracking system ensures the belt is precisely aligned at all times. Models are available with single-phase wiring to accommodate facilities with single-phase electricity.
