It is ideal for small print shops transitioning to a first automatic press, as well as large shops that need a smaller press to expand production capacity. The VOLT offers the advanced features of top of the line presses, like servo lift and indexing, electric print heads, digital off-contact and a 15" touchscreen on a flexible boom that can be turned to face any station. There's no compressor or chiller needed, which means less maintenance, more ease of use and smooth, quiet operation. Jobs are set up through the 15" touchscreen with Aries OS.  The Horizon and Stratus II have been replaced by the all-new VECTOR with SSE configuration! Want to take advantage of the benefits of electric screen printing but the all-electric VOLT isn't the right fit for you? The Vector is similar to a VOLT, but with pneumatic-hybrid squeegee and flood bar adjustment. The Vector is a step between a pneumatic-based press and the Anatol all electric VOLT. Anatol's exclusive SSE configuration - servo lift, servo indexing and AC electric print heads - lets you print with maximum consistency and reliability. With the Vector, Anatol has the reduced air consumption rates to the lowest in the industry... saving you money and the hassle of pneumatic repairs. With 90% fewer pneumatic components than competing screen printing presses, the Vector requires less air, less maintenance, less downtime and less cost to operate. The all-new Anatol Vector is designed to be the most versatile automatic screen printing machine in the industry. Available in more sizes than any other auto and with all the features you expect from Anatol, the Vector lets you work the way you want - not the way your machine forces you to. ANATOL-TITANCall for price
The Titan now has 2 size models: the Titan-S and the Titan-M. The Titan-S still has the smallest footprint of any automatic press on the market, but now with more size options than any other entry level automatic press, and now requires 40% LESS air while using a minimum of 80% less pneumatic components than any comparable pneumatic press on the market today. This translates to the absolute lowest air consumption rates in the industry for the AAA (all-air) and ASA (servo indexer) models. It also means that it requires a smaller compressor, which means less operating costs and the ability to run a ?greener? shop. Titan-S: Maximum print area of 15" x 16" Maximum screen size of 21" x 28" Available in configurations of: 6 stations/2 colors - 10 stations/9 colors Titan-M: Maximum print area of 16" x 18" Maximum screen size of 23" x 33" Available in configurations of: 6 stations/2 colors - 10 stations/9 colors The Titan 'S' and 'M' are both available in all air models (AAA) up to 8-station/7-color. They are expanded to 10-station/9-color for the ASA (air lift, servo indexer and air printheads), and 10 station/9-color for the ASE (air lift, servo indexer and AC printheads). Save thousands in maintenance fees and time lost with the Titan AAA and ASA presses. These presses use just two (2) cylinders. Anatol eliminated 4 screen lock cylinders, 4 squeegee/flood bar cylinders and 4 squeegee/flood bar lock-in carriage cylinders per head. Industry standard utilizes 10-12 cylinders per head. The AAA models (with pneumatic indexer) allow for clockwise direction, while using a Servo indexer (AsA, ASE models) allows for clockwise, counterclockwise and half indexing. When equipped with a servo indexer, the Titan can be programmed with both Anatol?s Step-Back Program or traditional cycle mode indexing. The Step-Back program prints on head one, flashes on head two, then returns to head one to print, and returns to head two and flashes again prior to continuing to the next print head. Servo indexers are rated to last for decades, minimizing, if not completely eliminating future maintenance costs. Electric print heads are stronger and provide smoother, more consistent prints than pneumatic print heads. Jobs are set up through the 15" touchscreen with Aries OS (the same industry-leading, intuitive operating system that is on the high-end VOLT). With the Titan, you can make micro-registration adjustments and front/rear stroke adjustments with one hand. Exclusive air-less Speed Clamps ensure a uniform hold on any frame type or thickness, saving you from the waste of melted screen clamp air hoses or leaky toggle switches. All Anatol Titan screen printing machines are built to last with a heavy-duty rolled steel frame to give you smooth cycles and help eliminate vibration.
