6100 is designed to be mixed 3 to 1 with water which saves shipping costs. This is a liquid which is applied to screens to dissolve the emulsion. It should be sprayed or brushed onto a dry screen and allowed to set for 5 minutes. Then, a pressure washer should be used to remove any emulsion residue. Do NOT allow liquid to dry on the screen. Mix 3 parts of water to 1 part of concentrate. Biodegradable, water soluble.
