DUAL CURE SENSITIZED EMULSIONS |

Dual Cure Sensitized Emulsions
A combination of photopolymer and Diazo, dual cure emulsions have improved water resistance and longer exposure times than photopolymers. They combine the best of both worlds to create a very versatile and balanced product. |

CHROMALINE DIAZO SENSITIZED EMULSIONS |

Chromaline Diazo Sensitized Emulsions
Diazo is the least expensive and most popular emulsion. They come separated into sensitizer and base, letting you mix to your preference. As the sensitizer reacts in the emulsion during exposure, it changes color until finished. |

PRESENSITIZED CAPILLARY FILM |

Presensitized Capillary Film
Capillary film is a pre-sensitized emulsion available in sheets or rolls which is simple to apply and easy to reclaim. Capillary film provides excellent image quality with controlled stencil thickness, wide exposure latitude and easy developing. |
INDIRECT FILM |
Indirect Film
Films allow for an incredibly accurate print because of the flatness of the lower surface of the screen. It is very fast exposing and has a very long shelf life, but is not as durable as capillary film because it does not penetrate the mesh as deeply.
